Hello There! That is me to the left. Isn't technology almost wonderful? Welcome to my personal web page. My name is Dr. Peggy Higgins and I live in Central Florida, USA. My family and I moved here in 1982. I am originally from Philadelphia, PA, where I graduated from high school in 1965 and from college in 1969. I received my Masters degree in 1979. I was awarded my Doctorate in 1994. And I earned National Teacher Certification in 1999. Besides that, I have raised four wonderful children and have been blessed with two outstanding grandchildren. Finally, and he tells me most important, I married a great guy named John and I have kept him relatively happy and in the dark for 37 years. Accepting the award for Dr. Higgins is Dr. Higgins! |
| Roots I have five brothers and three sisters. Most of my family still live in Philadelphia. I grew up in Germantown; one of Philly's great neighborhoods. More on my clan and my roots is below..
